What We Do Matters
We have spent years in French Polynesia — not just visiting, but learning.
We have spent years in French Polynesia — not just visiting, but learning. Learning which resorts deliver on their promise. Which islands are right for which travelers. How to time inter-island flights to avoid overnights in Papeete. How to find the dive operators, the local guides, the waterfall hikes, and the little restaurants that do not have a website but serve the best poisson cru on the island.
We built Tahiti Time to put all of that at your fingertips. Here is how we can help.

Service 01
Custom Trip Planning
Planning a trip to French Polynesia is not like planning a trip to Europe. Inter-island logistics, resort pricing structures, seasonal weather patterns, and the sheer number of choices — overwater bungalow or beach villa? Bora Bora or Moorea? Snorkeling or diving? — can make the process overwhelming fast.
We handle all of it. From your first inquiry to your return flight home, we design, book, and support every element of your French Polynesian journey. You show up. We take care of the rest.

Island Guides & Destination Advice
Not ready to book but want to start learning? Our island guides are built from firsthand experience and go beyond what any search engine can tell you. We cover:
- Which resorts are actually worth the price (and which ones to skip)
- The best time of year to visit each island
- Island hopping routes that make geographic and logistical sense
- Hidden beaches, local restaurants, and off-the-beaten-path experiences
- What to pack, what to expect, and what first-timers always wish they had known

Service 03
Honeymoon & Romance Planning
French Polynesia is one of the world's great honeymoon destinations — and it deserves to be done right. We specialize in crafting romantic itineraries that balance the iconic (overwater bungalow at sunset in Bora Bora) with the unexpected (a private picnic on a motu, a lagoon snorkel at dawn, dinner on the beach with no one else around).
If you are celebrating a honeymoon, anniversary, or any milestone worth marking, we would love to help you design something extraordinary.

- Yes. We charge a professional planning fee that reflects the depth of expertise and research that goes into every itinerary we design. This fee will be discussed during your complimentary consultation call before any commitment is made.
- All five archipelagos of French Polynesia — the Society Islands (Bora Bora, Moorea, Tahiti, Huahine, Raiatea, Taha'a), the Tuamotus, the Marquesas, the Gambier Islands, and the Austral Islands.
- For travel to French Polynesia, we recommend beginning the planning process at least 6 to 9 months in advance, especially for peak season travel (July–August) or if you have a specific resort in mind. Some overwater bungalow categories book out a year or more ahead.
- Absolutely, and we will not let you leave without it. Given the remote nature of French Polynesia and the cost of these trips, travel insurance is essential. We will provide a recommendation during your planning process.
- We are happy to help you think through your options. Air Tahiti Nui and other carriers serving Papeete can sometimes be reached through points programs, and we can advise on how to structure your booking to make the most of what you have.
- Email works best for keeping everything organized and documented. Once you are on the ground in French Polynesia, we are available for support throughout your trip.
